It has been a while since my last ramble...since my last anything for that matter. I just have to say...I LOVE CHRISTMAS! I love doing my Christmas baking, even though it takes so long and costs a fortune, I love decorating for Christmas and putting up my tree. i love driving down the street and seeing all the lights on the homes and the decorated trees through the windows. I love the carols and Christmas music. I love that people seem just a bit nicer and kinder to one another, that compassion and love are shown more often. I love that families try to spend more time together, that we are more concerned with what we are going to give than whether we receive. I love the excitement of children and the mysteries of Santa Claus. I love all of it. Christmas is a reminder of what we should be all year and how much better the world would be if we would all just try a bit harder to think of others before ourselves. Peace and Love to you all. Why is so hard to do what you know you should be doing? You know it is the right but change can be so difficult and scary you stick with the status quo instead of moving on and changing and growing. Or am I the only one out there terrified that by changing things I might actually make it worse? I don't know...maybe I am just having one of those days and needed to unload. Even if no one ever reads this at least I am no longer holding the doubts inside. Makes sense to me and I guess that is what is important.

I was just thinking... If everyone is so sure they are right, why are so many of us wrong? If world peace is truly what we want, why don't we start in our own back yard? If hate and predujice destroy, can we use love and tolerance to heal? If it only takes one person to kill 100, can 1 person save 100? Can complacency kill? Do you want to be part of the solution or part of the problem? If you aren't part of the solution are you part of the problem? Like I said...just thinking...
