april is autism awareness month .. so when ever you can wear somethign blue :) .. miss 3 and mr 7 both have autism disorders and miss 5 was so happy to see herself on tv last night :)

ive been doing swimming again for the past 3 weeks and really enjoying it .. mind you oh my aching legs and shoulders .. lol .. up to over 1km though :)
