Now if you look at the boy working on the fireplace,thats my 17 year old son Drew who did about 90% of the renovations.All the floors looked like the one pic...he painted ,did the hardwood with his dad, put all my new recepticles and switches,new lighting fixtures,trim and quarter round etc...and redid all the fireplace including the tiles.....all that at 17....makes me so proud !!!!:)
