Cybermate

We meet in a place called Cyberspace
With those who we wouldn't know
It's a brand new Magick Place
Where friendships bloom and grow
We tell things to 'strangers'
That we wouldn't tell our kin
We travel the world together
There's nowhere we haven't been
But sometimes these friendships grow
Beyond the touch of type
And sometimes these people we meet
Effect our very lives
We feel we can't get close enough
In this land of naught
It is a vicious circle
In which we're ever caught
For we feel we are 'loosing out'
Not touching skin to skin
And we feel that there is no way
For Love to ever win
But what we fail to realize
Love is closer than we think
For even though we cannot touch
We’re really on the brink
Of a Love so pure it transcends
This world of time and place
To a world beyond the physical
The lands of Cyberspace
Through this world we are closer
Than we ever could have been
For without us meeting here
Our Love couldn't begin
Some people never get to meet
The other that makes them whole
Never meet that special partner
With which to share their soul
So as long as we both have hope
Our Love will come shining through
And we'll continue to meet in Cyberspace
