twelve mile ruck march today which went on for over THREE hours son! I couldve gone faster but it was squad pace. ill tell you what though My feet were SCREAMN at me. I wasnt tired it was just my legs were in brutal shape. All I can say is Athletic tape is the most amazing invention ever.
