oh, and i went and watched Nights in Rodanthe. WOW, its a stunning film. I'll admit i cried in the film, but that just shows how beautiful the film was. Go watch it.

well, my ankle still hurting, so i'm not making good training progress. Did go cycle a bit 2day, so that was something :)

I'm back from Suncity. It was a nice weekend away, up until i managed 2 sprain my ankle. :)
