So it's been a while since I wrote a tale...

I'm on the overnight shift this week and on the day shift at my other 2 jobs. fun fun I know. I gave myself yesterday off from the day shift though and plan to on Friday hopefully as well. All work and no play makes Lauren a dull girl!

Yesterday I opened up a shop on here for romantic gifts.. check it out. Some of the items are I Love You Balloons, an I Love You Bear, To Someone Special Bear, a picnic at the beach, a gold dusted lollipop, a gold dusted cigar, rose petals on the bed...

Today is my birthday. I'm celebrating by working the overnight shift then coming back later to work the overnight shift again. :( Well.. I'm also going out to an early dinner with some family before I come back in later. fun fun. I'm hoping to go out with some friends this weekend though..

More snow and lots of ice out there from the overnight as it continues to hit us here.. I could hear ice pellets hitting the window in the middle of the night. I am not looking forward to the 30+ mile drive to work later! :(

p.s. I HATE my neighbors!!! they blast their ghetto rap so loud that i can hear the bass through the wall and it makes my walls thump!!!

Blogging on HP is brand new. We shall see how it goes...

HP Life: have made a few friends but would like to make more. most people seem to just be out for points to do their own thing and aren't really interested in friendly interaction. looking forward to making more new friends in the coming months. :)

Life: Connecticut had a big snowstorm on Thursday with around 10 inches of snow! another bad storm expected for tomorrow :( i hate snow when i have to drive and shovel my car out of it. :(
