PLEASE MAKE CERTAIN TO READ ALL BELOW FOR THESE ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO ALL PACKAGE AUCTIONS I PUT UP...(Please read before bidding...AND WOULD LIKE TO THANK LADY CHANDRA)

TERMS:
SHIPPING OVERSEAS and Within NORTH AMERICA: I ship EVERYTHING ground. It's the cheapest way and I can send more items that way. I am not rich by any means and I do this totally for entertainment purposes. This is REAL money for Virtual useless points. I would rather spend the money shipping you quality items.

Shipping Airmail: The only way I will ship by airmail is if you pay for the extra postage yourself via paypal.

It sometimes takes me up to 2 weeks to ship out items. Bills come first, hobby comes second. If it is any longer than 2 weeks before I send I will message you and let you know what is going on.

It is YOUR responsibility to make sure I have your complete mailing address. I will not hunt you down for it. The best thing to do is upon winning my auction go ahead and send your address to me whether you think I may have it already or not.

Sending overseas by ground mail takes up to 2-3 months. If you live in larger cities in the UK, Australia, Asian countries, it generally takes around 2-3 weeks. It takes about 10-14 days to Canada from day I ship. Within the US less than a week. But be mindful that if you live in a small town overseas it takes longer to get there. I have had packages take 3 months to arrive.


***POINT REFUND POLICY****
I do not refund points unless you are someone I have worked with before, or a good friend. Why? I don't trust new people. Its pretty easy to say you didn't get something, just to get your points back and a freebie gift. But those I know and trust or those that are known by people I know I will resend. It may not be the same items.

CUSTOMS OVERSEAS SUCKS! Its a fact. They go through packs, they take things out, they hold on to them. Things happen. So when you bid and you live in the middle of nowhere, be aware that not getting you package is a possibility.

IF you have not received an item from me after 90 days (overseas) PLEASE do let me know. Occasionally small auctions get lost in my in box shuffle and I forget about them. It happens. I ALWAYS SEND. I absolutely do not mind you sending me a gentle reminder after 6 weeks either. Generally you will get a message from me back saying you should be getting it any day now.

It is YOUR responsibility to know whether or not certain items can be shipped to your country. It is quite simple to google it. I WILL NOT do this for you. So if you bid on Currency, incense, seeds, lighters, or other items such as this, your customs may very well pick it up and you won't get it. Do not blame me if you bid for something your country does not allow in.

*******SURPRISE PACKAGES********
Note:
the word SURPRISE! When I run an auction for a surprise pack I take into consideration A. Is this someone I have sent to before and know well? B. How much will it cost to send? 3. How much did they bid? Your bid reflects the package. So if you bid 300k on a package and want me to send it to BFE it won't be as big as someone bidding from Canada.

***Small Packs***
Usually include a Postcard and One to two surprise items. I try to base these items on you and what you like, sometimes it is just simple souvenirs. Please keep bids low on small packs. I do smaller packs so that new people can win packages without spending a million points on a pack. So if the Auction reads "Small Pack" I don't care if you bid 3 million points thats what you are getting.

ON THE OTHER HAND, DO NOT BE SURPRISED TO GET A LOAD OF ITEMS YOU DIDN'T BID FOR IN ADDITION TO WHAT YOU DID BID FOR. I HAVE MY GENEROUS MOMENTS.

AND SOMETIMES WHEN SHOPPING I JUST BUY THINGS FOR THOSE THAT I KNOW. AND SEND TO THEM FOR NO APPARENT REASON, JUST BECAUSE.

Before you give me a bad review PLEASE message me first. It could very well be a simple misunderstanding.

I AM ALWAYS OPEN TO PRIVATE SWAPS. ALWAYS, IF THERE IS SOMETHING I HAVE THAT YOU WANT, JUST ASK! I WILL EVEN DO PRIVATE AUCTIONS. I DON'T MIND IN THE LEAST. I ALSO OFTEN ADD IN GAG GIFTS. TINY SLINKIES, TOYS... THINGS THAT I FIND FUN. AND YOU MAY GET SOMETHING THAT WILL TURN YOUR FACE RED. I'M JUST EVIL LIKE THAT ^^

*POLICY ON BIDDING ON NEWBIE AUCTIONS**
I do encourage everyone to do postcard auctions, and package auctions. I have no problem bidding on someone that has not done it before, but I do have my limits. I will not bid more than 10k on a postcard for someone that does not have any reviews on SENDING auctions, I also will not pay more than 100k on a package from someone that has not had something received by someone I know. I have no problem helping you get reviews and building a good reputation for auctions. Just PM me and we can discuss it. If you have something great that is worth more, you can always send first and have me pay you once I get it. You can ask anyone on HP I am reliable about paying people for things. And I am GENEROUS with auctions as well. So get to auctioning!
