I am finally home from California
And even though Disneyland was excellent, California Adventures rocked, there was a lot of drama that really sucked
I didn't spend all my money, which really shocked me, but when this morning came, I was happy to leave.
Now I am home, all snug in my bed...waiting for Christmas morning, happy memories dancing in my head.

I am 5000 words short of my 50000 word goal and it ends tonight
I hope I can work in some writing while at work or else its all over for me

NaNoWriMo = National Novel Writing Month

A month where countless of writers gather together online, challenging one another to write more words than the rest. At the end of 30 days, all authors should reach a goal of 50,000 words.

It is an infuriating month, in my opinion and it causes so much stress, so I have to wonder why I put myself through this if I only come to hate myself at the end of the month...but then I remember, all that hard work, creating something new...well worth the many long nights I stay up making sure to reach my set goal of the day.

I guess I am a nut after all.

And I hate being in an empty house when I am depressed

Finally, a weekend where I can relax

Ever since dad got home from Iraq at the end of July, its been nothing but go...go...go
I am happy to finally have a weekend where I can just have a few moments for myself
Though mainly it will all be about playing The Sims 3 and finishing words for my Gen. Music Concerts
And sleep...dear gods do I need sleep to shake off this cold of mine...driving me insane
