I'm unhappy today. Since I quit smoking, I've put on weight. Not because I ate more. I didn't change my eating habits at all. All along, i've been on the threadmill, yoga even some dancing but the weight won't leave.

Its time to go on a strict diet. I'm thinking about doing a cleansing fasting type diet or Volumetrics diet. Time to make a grocery store run to get what I need.

I wake up in the middle of the night last night and I can't breathe out of my nose and my throat is sore. I'm really tired of being sick... I hate winter time. I thought when you quit smoking you don't get sick as often.

Right now, I'm just wishing that one of the cold meds I took will give me just one nostril to breath out of. :P I'm only asking for one, I don't need the luxurary of both nostrils to breath.

I got my daughter her own yoga mat and other props with a beginner's DVD. She's been getting my up in the mornings to do the short routine during the week. I'm kind of hoping this will break me out of the current funk that I'm in. I think I have the winter time hibernation thing going on. Its so cold here all I want to do is lay in bed because its warm there.
