Terms and Conditions for Postcards and Packages Please read when bidding
***Shipping***
Everything is sent via the cheapest way possible, usually ground. This means things might take some time to reach you. On average I’ve found that postcards sent overseas take around 2-3 weeks, depending upon location, to be received and domestic mail, is usually received within a week. Packages will take much longer. I send everything out within a week and a half or less. I do not go to the post office every day, usually only once or twice a week, at most.
***Mailing Address***
Please make sure you give me the correct mailing address. I cannot be held responsible if you gave me an incomplete or wrong address. So make sure it is correct when you give it to me.
***Point Refund Policy***
I will not refund any points, unless I have sent and received stuff from you more than once or due to extenuating circumstances I am unable to send what you purchased in an auction (if that occurs I will notify you and offer to provide something of equivalent value, before I refund). Above all, ALL refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. But this rarely, if never, occurs.
***Guarantee***
There is no guarantee. Once I place something in the mail, and I ALWAYS send, it’s out of my hands. I cannot and will not resend or refund (see ‘Point Refund Policy’) if you do not receive it, unless you fall under the ‘Point Refund Policy’ exception. For that I am sorry, but it still cost me REAL money, NOT points, to send whatever it was the first time. If you would like to have something resent, then it will cost you the same price you paid the first time. If due to extenuating circumstances I am unable to send what you purchased in an auction, I will offer something of equivalent value or refund your points.
***Private Swaps/Auctions***
I enjoy swapping very much. If you’re interested just ask me. If for some reason you did not receive what I sent you, because again I ALWAYS send, you can send me something else and I will also send something else. It still cost me REAL money to send you something the first time. If I am going to resend something, I expect to receive something in turn.
***Reviews***
If you’re going to give me a bad review, talk to me before doing so. The problem is most likely a simple case of miscommunication and probably can be resolved easily.

RAIN
It started to rain last night. After having fallen asleep sometime around 3:20am, I woke up suddenly at 4:30am, to the sound of thunder and rain just coming down in sheets, accompanied by bright flashes of light from the lightning. Now, what do I do? I tweet (follow me on Twitter here). Now that I'm awake again, I'm hot and can't get comfortable, so I lay down on the floor and sleep on the floor until 8:30am, when I get up. What do I find out when I wake up? That my basement has been flooded with about 3 inches of water. *yay* SO, blah blah blah, I go outside and its STILL raining (and currently still is) and I go for a walk around my house, where the ground is so saturated that the water is starting to created huge deep puddles of water. I continue around and see that my driveway is being washed away, causing ditches in the driveway, along the lines where people drive. Finally I head down to my creek, and I see that my creek is now a raging rapid. hahaha. Now normally its at most just a few inches deep, but not today. Its a few feet deep and moving fast. A big change from just the other day. Last I checked its still rising...
