how to stay young?
1. throw out non essential nos: age, weight height. let the doctor worry about the, thats why you pay him/her.
2. keep only cheerful friends, the grouches pull u down!!
3. keep learning.. never let the brain idle.. an idle mind is the devils workshop. The devils name is Alzheimer's!
4. Enjoy the simple things in life - eg food!
5. Laugh often, long and loud.
6. Tears happen. Endure grieve and move on.
7. Surround yrself w what you love, family, pets, music, plants whatever!
8. Cherish yr health. preserve it, if unstable improve it.
9. Dont take guilt trips.
9. Tell the people u love that u love them, at every opportunity!
