It took 3 Hours & 45 Minutes standing in line to Vote on Friday, but so worth it! Being Halloween, I brought a bag of candy & shared it with others in line. I read a little & chatted a lot & alternated between standing & sitting in my folding canvas chair. I was so glad to have brought along that chair!
The polling place I voted at was not my 1st choice. I tried the location nearest to me 1st, but the police had the parking lot blocked. No parking for blocks & a minimum of a 5 Hour wait! :-O So I drove for 30minutes to a new location that my husband voted at on Tuesday, and only took 1Hr & 20Minutes. Even though my vote had a longer line, it still counts & I don't have to fret about possible weather conditions or computers going down. I did my civic duty & am proud to participate in this historic event!

I'm really looking forward to tonight's 30 Minute "campaign-related program" at 8 p.m. tonight! This should really be good! I'm voting early on Friday morning so that any technical problems won't prevent me from voting on election day!

My home Computer Resigned! It decided it doesn't want to work anymore, after 7 years.
I wish it had given a 2 week notice!
Now we have to look for a new Tower. Oh well, I will try to visit when I can, but I guess not often until we get a home computer again!

I haven't been on Facebook in a while, because I fell & hit my head Sunday.
I wasn't feeling very well, but am doing better now. My head is still sore, but I've been resting & putting ice on it when I can.
