I got to go dancing for the first time in years and to start with all I can say is....ouch. I am sooooooo out of shape. I went with a friend to the local gay night club, cause it's "safe there". Wow what an experience. the guys are outrageously flamboyant and the girl are, well we wil just say ...less than feminine. But it was fun....reminded me that I so need to work out and lose wait, the last time I went dance was about 40 pounds ago, and believe me...I could tell.

So...I'm slowly, but surely learning to cook gluten free. For those who don't know ...gluten free means no wheat, rye, or barley. I also get to cook without any dairy...try that one on for size. All my children can't eat any wheat or dairy. But I am getting better and better at cooking. My kids say that my cinnamon bread and cinnamon rolls are really good, so that's some thing.
