Well, the time has come for me to say goodbye to all of my Virginia friends...

Alot has happened in the past year. Watching my daughter grow and learn has been the highlight of 2007 for me. In January 2007, my father celebrated his 50th birthday. On the 14th of February, my parents celebrated their 25th anniversary. On the 25th of March, my 4 month old daughter cut her first 6 teeth. On the 15th of May, my grandfather died, leaving us all depressed and all too aware of our own mortality. On the 2nd of August, my cousin announced her pregnancy with her 3rd child. On the 31st of October, my daughter celebrated her first halloween. On the 17th of November, my daughter had her first ever birthday. On the 27th of November, I celebrated my 21st birthday. On the 28th of November, I swore off drinking. On the 29th of November, I reconsitituted drinking into my schedule. On the 3rd of December, I found myself employed and carrying around my Culinary Arts certification. OOn the 21st of December, I have a fabulous Yule. On the 25th of December I was greatly dissapointed in my life and family and cried myself to sleep. On the 31st of December, I found a babysitter and ended up sick all night (without even drinking). On the first day of the year, I was diagnosed with pneumonia. Already this year is becoming the worst year of my life.

I hope I survive 2008.
