When some one makes a post to the left of them is a little thumb. When you click that thumb you give that person 10 points.
When you look at someones profile it has a herd section. Some people lead herds and some people are a part of herds as a spamming board.
If someone has their own pay herd. It will usually say if you click on it. Hi if you thumb my herd I will pay you a 100 points per page. You just then click on their herd and click the little thumb icon.
