some new exotic parts of a pig maybe..hhmm.
if i was was ang moh, indian or even chinese(teochws,hainiese etc.)(^0^)
i would be scratching my head in confusion.?????hind leg meat say hind leg meat la.. aiyo..... the french sure likes to make some parts of a pig sounds so sophisticated.

made grilled Chx e first time.a wet n dry.
so much harder 2 cook.
Chx By itself it is tasteless.it will either turn out hard like rock u hit smeone will die.
or its tender but taste like shit. sigh!!!
there was no fragrant smell either.
failure!!!

comments from family- both smelled heavenly.looks like paradise(no offense god)

Made scrambled eggs 4 brkfast 4 e first time ever.(^0^)
the Egg color was a bit blacked n charred n seemingly crispy. defintely overcooked.
tsk tsk!!(-_-)
however on e second try.
the egg color was vivdly yellow like the sun, every bite was an explosion of bits egg juice ,marshmellow gummy mushy feel.. ummm yummy!!delllllllicious..
