hey... managed to injure myself again, even though my previous injuries haven't healed completely.
I smacked the car door at work on my right hand ring-finger and broke it. Can't type much now. Also, have the mouse on the left side now, we'll see how well I'll do at work. Svava "уσяυι¢нι"Cheeky

Hey.. I managed to injure myself at practise today.. yeah I usually go home with few bruises. but this was the first time I had to quit practise and I had these two guys at class taking care of me.. freezing/numbing my knee with this spray and putting ice on it..
What happend is that I was just doing a simple throw, where u throw the person over your leg... but somehow she ended lying on my leg.. cracking it to the side.. and yeah there was a crack or a snap.. and then I couldn't move my leg.. nice having guys from the hospital practising with me ^_^ now my knee has just swelled up and my whole leg hurts a bit.. but not much.. I just can't stand up much.. will see how I'll be tomorrow... hugs and kisses from me to u ^_^
