i've been back in sg for almost a month and i havent updated a single tale until now.... have been out & about practically the whole day every single day, catching up with old buddies and meeting up with new found friends! it's been great so far, just too bad that the hols are coming to an end....

BUT i'll definitely enjoy every minute of it left, especially the upcoming Tioman trip!

Yesterday i took the longest subway ride ever during my whole time here in Beijing... and I didn't get lost!
Took Line 1 from Dawanglu all the way to Fuxingmen to switch to Line 2, then travelled to Xizhimen and walked a crazy distance to switch to Line 13 to get to Wudaokou!
i feel a deep sense of accomplishment.... ommmm.....

It must have been snowing for quite awhile, but I only really noticed when the daylight hits. Sitting upright, I glanced out the window hoping to catch the faint early rays, only to have the snow-covered rooftops of the buldings across the street greet my sight. I take immense pleasure in watching the tiny white flakes gently floating & drifting in the air, momentarily as it might be because all too soon, before you are done enjoying the rare pristine view, fallen snow turns into slush... and reality sets in once again.
