Existentialist thought for the day:
Ever since I was very young, I was under the impression that the world was a great big ball of goodness, truth & virtue, with little 'pockets' of evil & corruption. As I grew older, I came to realize more & more that this was not the case, and that it's really the other way around. However, to use the old adage that one small flame can light up a room full of darkness, I realized that even if the world is only ten percent good & the rest shitty, it's really about quality over quantity, and thus I realized my purpose in life. If I can add to those small pockets of truth & virtue in any way, small or large, my existance is justified.
