Hi Meghan i hope all is cool in the non sleeping city. I have enjoyed smoking for 20 years or more but have had to give up due to the fact that i am having a back operation. I have found the best way is by using electronic cigarettes which is a new thing. Battery operated, look like the real thing, smoke and give you nicotene without the crap. Don't really know why I told you that except if these things had been around years ago I would probably now be really fit. Remember every life has a beginning, middle and end. Each of these stages has its good points and this is what we should focus on. Wishing you a long and happy life full of sparkle and fun. Good karma to you and your friends.
