Merry Christmas
I am still in Maine and using my brother pc till he gets up. He has neen home all weekend which is why I have not been around. Also have a problem with this computer not letting me "pet" or leave comments so not sure what is going on.
Will be back home on Thursday and hope to have my laptop right after the first of the year-Dell has yet to ship so keep fingers crossed.
Am thinking of all my special friends. Hope Santa is good to you.

Hey friends
Am in Maine with family. Having part of the tree and dinner tomorrow and the rest on Christmas. Have limited access to a computer till Thursday so please bear with me. Will try to get all my pets pettted at least once a day.

My friends in KS got their power back on about 10pm Monday night. To say they were happy was an underestimate lol. Many places are still without power almost 2 weeks later.

I was able to get some stocking stuffers sent to this family in hopes they can still salvage Christmas for the younger kids. You would be amazed if you knew the whole story behind this family.

I am headed to Maine in the morning to spend the holiday with my family. Hoping to see my grandkids while I am there but not getting my hopes up as my daughter will think of some excuse why they would not show up. My middle son and his family are not going-the ((*& he married keeps him from seeing his family but she will be sorry one day.

Going to finish up work here and pack the car tonight and drive the 300 miles and go shopping with my mom when I get there.

Baked 5 batches of cookies and have 2 more to make tonight.

Hope everyone has a happy and safe holiday-will borrow someone's pc while I am there so I can at least check in once a day and get my pets petted.

Okie where is my good Karma for helping out this family? I even brushed the snow off two cars so the elderly didn't have to do it and then thru my back out while wrapping Christmas presents on the floor. So now on muscle relaxers (glad I had some left) and trying to do some things online on my bf desktop. I miss my laptop:(
At least I can watch the snow and sleet and not have to drive it in.

My laptop bit the dust tonight so my online time is limited until a replacement gets here-can be next week or 3 weeks. I do have online access but not like I do with the laptop so please forgive me for missing the frequent pets and postings.
Will miss my friends here-behave!!!
