it has been quite some time since i have updated. so much has been occurring, and i just really want to write this out as to remind myself as well, eh.
*spring 2008:
> i am starting a petition to make ODU's cafeteria more accessible for veg's and those who are interested in the healthier lifestyle.
> i am learning to play rugby** for Norfolk Storm. i have never played before, and what i have read about it so far and what i have seen on youtube...MY GOD! i have fallen in love with it.
> this is my last week of classroom observation. YES! though i love the trip to an fro, the gas prices are wild and my auto needs some lovin' and has been going through 1 hour both to the high school and back, 4 days a week. it needs to at least get a tune up. and, uh, there's apparently water in the engine. (you know what, some how the cap for the coolant tank was off one day. the coolant evaporated and...well, the car nearly overheated. luckily i found out what was wrong early enough and close to an autozone. phew!)
> Muslim Faith/Cultural Awareness Dinner/Lecture Tuesday!
> LunaFest on Friday! FASA Formal Friday! Spring Fling on Friday! YES, I CAN DO IT ALL!!! (or if things work between a friend and myself, i might just stay at the second one after i attend the first one.)

> more school!
> joining monarch mentors, which is an organization that helps international students adapt and integrate into the community here.
