I really need another picture.....

Unfortunately for me (or fortunately, I'm not really sure which) I am not in a lot of pictures. I got that from my mom though. She too was extremely camera shy, but back to the point. I really wish I could keep my picture updated to show what I look like now with the full beard and long shaggy hair, but I am lazy/shy so meh.

The funny thing is that with the beard and the hair I look like I should play hockey, which thankfully I do. It's funny though as it looks a tad funny since with my visor and helmet (which I'll also have to put on here someday) I look a little rediculous as all that can be seen of me is from the tip of my nose down. This means that all that is seen is my bright blue mouthguard and my scruffy red beard. Add that to a light blue uniform and a dark blue helmet and yeah....

But if I get a picture then I'll post it. Who knows maybe I'll get lucky and get a few of me actually playing.

Oh that and get around to actually uploading a few soccer pics of me that have been laying around here somewhere. Even if I am just standing around in them.

So I was thinking about this whole nice girl that can't find a good guy and the two of them always saying that the other is never interested in the other. Now I hate to sound cynical, but honestly I've come to the conclusion that they are both really blind, or just really dumb. Honestly I know it is harsh, but really now don't they just realize that they both want each other.

Now in no ways am I saying that I am perfect, far from it in fact. I though just have a hard time reading between the lines and prefer things to be spelled out (or just clearly stated) in order to understand. I will say that I have been lucky enough to never date a total witch and have only dated and fallen for the nice girls.

But here's the thing. I would consider myself to be a decent guy, and I have dated the nice girls, but honestly it was the same thing with both. Both of them it seemed just expected a lot more from me than what I have seen others have expected of them. I have no idea if that is just how I saw it or how it really was, but I was definately under a lot of scrutiny it seemed.

Meh, that's the past though. But honestly it makes me wonder just was that me or was that the girls.

Well with this being the first entry in this I guess formalities should be in place. I am Dave. That's it, nothing else. Just Dave. To be honest I'm one of those people that just kinda likes to remain anonymous in most cases, but if a person strikes up a conversation with me I'll be more than happy to chat.

A little about me personally is in order now I suppose. I am 19 years old and in college. I love to keep active. I play Soccer for my school, as well as hockey and football with my buddies. I can talk a person's ear off about sports though if given the chance to, so feel free to stop me if you ever do talk to me.

Other than that I'm a really calm and level guy. I like to enjoy myself more than anything else.
