I can't believe it. In the entire town I designed on the first pass for Call of Cthulhu, the party needs to light books on fire to finish a spell... and guess what I had forgotten to include in town?

There was literally NOTHING to start a fire with. No flint and tinder, no matches, no lighters, no blow torches, not even a gosh darn gas station! On pass two, this has been fixed. But boy, would that've been an embarrassing end to the adventure.

"We finish the spell and burn the page."

"With what?"

"... Well, uh... you never gave us anything to burn it WITH."
