Why do Human's stick thier nose in other peoples business where it's not welcome for?
Fundamentally, Humans, Drow, or any other intelligent bipeds tend to "stick their nose" in others' business because they believe see how to do or say something better and haven't learned it's impolite to interrupt when another is talking. Sad tendency, because it's not the way to build friendships, win friends, or influence people.
Children of every race aren't necessarily raised with the attitude of respecting not necessarily what others say but their right to say it (and another reason is that beings confuse the two) -- if they don't see their parents or guardians do this, why should they? We would do much better if we see people as people and not just sounding boards.
