I just graduated in May with Bachelors in Social Work and a minor in Biology. I am working for a year and hope to then go back for my Masters in Social Work. I want to work in Trauma Informed care with in Child Welfare and the Foster Care system. My dream is to do research on the effects of trauma, abuse, and neglect on a child's brain and develop programs for social work around that research.
I love to sing, play flute, play tennis, watch movies (I am a huge movie buff) read, hang with my friends, learning new things, and playing with my kitty cat Squeakers. I am big nerd at heart. I was raised on Star Trek, Star Wars, Babylon 5, and Lord of the Rings by my parents. Thanks to only having an older brother I ended up loving Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Transformers, and Beast Wars as a child. I am 50% Tom boy and love the outdoors. I have been camping all across the US since I was 5. I love animals and most bugs too. I also am 50% girly girl, I love to get dressed up. I love Disney Princesses and the color pink. I am a complex person who love to talk with you!
