Being brave today ..eep! or at least trying to. I was very ill over xmas and new year with my asthma and have suffered bad anxiety over having another severe attack since to the point where ive not been able to be left alone for any period of time. other half just left to go to a job interview and I chose not to go with him and wait in the pub over the road but to stay on my own! it'll only be for a couple of hours but stil scary,,,must keep amused and try not to freak out!

just been to 'fatclub' and ive lost another 6 pounds yay! no where near that dream wedding dress yet but at least one more step towards not having to hide from greenpeace at the beach ;)

bored now...what to do to amuse myself? :P
