I have not been up too par the last bit and soon going away for Christmas and wont be on the puter much while Iam away...

I want to thank everyone whos thumbed me and hope u all have a wonderful Christmas and a Very happy New Year I will be spend Christmas with my kids and my family in Ontario....

as most of yahs know I have a lot of pai in my right hip well The docs think they now know what it is and we are going to be tryin to get me fixed up I may need a operation on my back but Im willing to try anything to get my life back...

Hi everyone over the next few weeks not shore how much I will be gettin on h/p as the leaves are changing and my Cams sayin get out and take some pics this is my last Year in New Brunswick as we will be gettin posted to Newfoundland or Ontario this summmer coming so I want to get in as much of New Brunswick as I can..

I have been feelin alot better the last few weeks and have be pushin myself to do more as I need to get my assets moving more Peole get into ruts in there lifes and need time away guess Im gettin out of my rut sort a say...

thanks everyone for you guys have helped me in many ways to get moving and doing things for me..again..
