Justin Bieber is staying at the hotel just across from my workplace...and my hotel is right across the road too. Even though its 10pm, the teenage girls are already outside screaming. FML.

Not getting to stay in NZ. I'm absolutely gutted; very upset. All I can think of is that I simply didn't do enough to warrant being able to stay on. I don't care about what the company wants, I want to stay here. I've been the happiest here that i've been for a long time; thats now all been swept away in a torrent of sadness and disappointment. I'm now wondering wether I return to Perth and resign, look for another job first, or stick around and see what the deal is. My head says to do the latter, my heart wants to go to airport right now and get everything over and done with. What the hell else can go wrong huh?

So I have two weeks left here in Auckland. Should find out this week if my stay is being extended or not, but if not, its made me want to go travel and see more places. I miss flying - coming here on Air NZ was cool. Even if my stay is extended, i'll be going back to Oz for a week to organise a few things.
