We, unaccustomed to courage
exiles from delight

there are places although I try to hide
this mysterious presence that comes from inside
taking me from where I am
to a land of where and when
not too shocking a tale I tell
more like rings in the water
of a wishing well
so if it is curious that you feel inside

"Good Christian people, I am come hither to die, according to law, and therefore I will speak nothing against it.
