Well I got the keys last Monday...hence my disappearing act over the last few weeks.... house needs a good clean :( but it'll get there eventually, kitchen's as good as it'll ever get now (I'm starting to imagine dirt at this stage so its just time to call it quits!) so onto the bathrooms tomorro....school's out on Friday which is absolutely brilliant! no more kids to worry about until September!!! :D and I'm escaping to Orlando for 3weeks on the 1st July....woohoo!!!
btw... Beyonce, Take That and Britney concerts were all a blast!! :)
sorry to all my ets for nelecting them...will try to behave better in the immediate future :)

I did it! I got the house...offer was accepted on Monday! :)
Meeting with solicitor for the first time tomorrow to get the ball rolling so to speak!!!!
Scary, scary, scary!!!!! (but I kinda want to go shopping for the house now!!:D)

Oh lordy loo....I put an offer in on a house! GULP.....this is all so scary and unknown!!! No idea how I'll feel if and when I end up going through the getting a solicitor and filling out endless paper work, moving house.....not entirely sure I'm ready for all this but I'm secretly enjoyin it all a little!!! :)

Houses, house, houses...its all I c think about these days...not sure if its the most sensible idea with current economic climate but I've gotten myself approved for a mortgage (hurray 35years of debt :( and m in the throes of house hunting...biggest problem i have is that I've actually managed to find a gorgeous house in budget but Im afraid of jumping the gun.... ARGH...I over think way too much.....


Update on this one...have since viewed another 4 house and am still firmly enamoured with the original one...the house is big, bright, well laid out and cosy all rolled into one...I walked in and instantly redoracted (not that its badly finished or anything, just to make it my own)...knocked a bedroom wall upstairs to extend the box room and landscaped the garden....It feels alot like it is meant to be my house, my home.... only one problem though......
There are 14/15 families n the estate with children in my school....none would be living in the cul de sac I want to buy in but there would be 4/5 kids from my schoo around the corner from me............. What do I do??!?!?!?!?!?!????!??!??!?
