Just got back from work, its 1 am here, both kids are still up and so is my dog Rex. All were waiting for me!!!
I'm back to work tomorow, overtime, then back there on Saturday for my regular shift. I hope I'm not too tired. Speaking of tired, I had a doctor's appointment today and found out that my hemoglobin is low and that's probably why I've been tired lately. At least I know what's wrong and how to fix it :)
I should go to bed now, its been a busy past few days (work, transfering my son from one school to another and all the paperwork and running around involved, back to school shopping, etc etc) and its going to be another few busy days until I get a day off. Its sad to say, but I can't wait until the kids are back in school and I get to have a day off here alone. I love them, but I'm overdue for some time to myself.

Not sure where to start....

my life is pretty routine, ordinary for the most part with random adventures at times. I'm pretty busy most of the time, considering that I work full time as a nurse and have 2 teenage kids (13 and 18), 3 cats and a dog. I'm not sure how I got to this point where I'm working full time, since I used to be a SAHM, which, looking back now, was great.

So far this summer I've been away to NB 3 times. The weather was so much better there than it has been here in NS. I was able to go to my parents camp and to the beach with my sister and her kids. Back here in NS its just been raining and raining, which is a shame because we have so many awesome beaches here. Summer is by far my favorite season, I just love the sun!!
