Internet Cyber Stalking, Harassment, and Privacy Laws.
At least once a week someone comes to me asking about or telling me about their stalkers and/or individuals who are harassing them, whether they are members of the same herd, site, or anywhere else on the net. I myself have at least two obsessed people who would fit the description. Moderators alike can even perhaps unwittingly be harassing or breaking certain privacy laws in their efforts to resolve issues. So I've created this place for anyone to leave information that may be helpful to victims, and discuss with others about their experiences. I personally have access to a rl Judge, and his office and will be asking him to forward any helpful information he may have later on.
