Hey friends, checking in very quickly. It's 5am here and I've finally run out of things to do to avoid going to sleep. (Not at my best lately.) I've been trying to stay busy because as long as I'm busy I don't have to think.

I'm not sorry for having been away. Life happens and HP will never be a top priority in that life. However, I do regret not sharing at least a sentence worth of notice with those whose kind company I enjoy sharing here.

First it was Canadian Thanksgiving, out of town, with family, etc etc. Then a few other details here and there, nothing major, all good things. Now my Grandma is dying in the hospital. She's been in there since Thursday, I found out via text from my mom this weekend. I... I don't want to call her because I don't want to hear her say that my Grandma is already dead. If I don't know, in a strange way, it hasn't happened yet.

It's bad. Grandma's veins are collapsing, she's not breathing on her own power, and when she went in, she hadn't eaten for two days.

So... ya. I'm rather clearly in denial, dealing with it by not dealing. (Avoiding completely.) Hopefully writing this out here will be my first step on the way to not acting like a child in this situation.

I have an idea... who here has Netflix? Who here want's to have a HP movie party where we all watch the same movie at the same time? It'll almost be like one tenth as awesome as actually chilling out in the same living room!! :-D

Oh, I've set up two new items in my shop, they're pending approval at the moment, but should be good fun. I made them with the Truth or Dare herd in mind, but it would be interesting to see them get use elsewhere as well.
