I'm 4'9 and about 115 lbs I go to the gym 5-7 days a week.I do mostly weights and cardio few times a week@ i HAVE 2 KIDS Felicia she is 20 my son Cody he is 13yrs old! I have12 tats and a few ear piercings and tongue and belly ring. I love keeping busy most of all i like hiking,biking,beaches,sunsets,walks,tennis,football,nascar,hockey,and extreme sports! Im outgoing and open minded person and love to laugh!

UPDATE ON MY BACK... I STILL HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY BACK AND I WILL THE REST OF MY LIFE! WELL A MONTH AGO I HAD MY NERVE ENDING BURNED AGAIN, i HAVE TO WAIT 6 MONTHS TILL I CAN HAVE ANYMORE TREATMENT. sO I DO NOT TAKE PAIN PILLS OR ANYTHING,,,I JUST USE ICE PACKS AND HEATING PADS,YES I STILL GO TO THE GYM ON A DAILY BASIS,THIS PROBLEM WONT STOP ME

My back 3 weeks ago i just got the nerve ending burned again in the lower section~! Its taking alot longer than usual to heal this time because of the pain before hand. Ive lost over 20lbs nice ive stopped coming on here a little awhile ago but I'm back,,I have a newer car,my daughter home from miitary text school and son,well is my son..i starting slowly going back to the gym again!!!!!

the out come of my back Current mood: blissful Category: Life the Diagnsis of my back! Body: I was told no gym till further notice!!!! Ya rightttttttttttt as it was I stopped the weight and I canr even do cardio I dont think so here are the problems I"m being treated for at this time!!! MPS.....Pain Management: Myofascial Pain Syndrome SIJ DYSFUNCTION.......Diagnosis of sacroiliac joint pain LUMBAR DDD treatment as of this moment not including the past 2 years of injection in my lower spine and brunning of the nerve endings! phyical therapy.... leg needs to get stronger back needs to get stronger leg needs to loosen up muscle way to tight swelling in lower back need to stay down! TREATMENT DO'S AND DONT'S NO GYM TILL FURTHER NOTICE...HUMMMM if you now me then this isnt going to work.Well as it is I gave up weightlifting because of the back and olny do cardio and they want me to give that up to......F&%# y%$@ no way!!!!!!!!I,M down to 128 lbs I did change something I go once a day instead of twice a day! Hey I did something to change. they put me on body stretchers,ultrasound machines to get the knots out, deep tissue pressure point messages,abs core work outs,legs work outs ya damn baby weights heat and cold packs,and of couse all kind of stretching moves! So as i leave there I go to the nono gym and do the stretches and my cardio and abs!!! it could be worse I could go back to twice aday and im tempted trust me because I miss it!!!! I will nit let this back problem keep me out of the anymore as it did a year ago, I will go regardless of pain or not ill just take moltrin and cold pain later!!!!!! my take on this

MY BACK..... My back was doing so well,all of a sudden I start going to physical therapist to help me learn some proper stretches for the gym.Then 2 days ago back started to get painful where i was limping again and my left side of my hip between the 1 and my whole hip is si swollen I could fit into 2 size bigger pants..So I woke up at 2 am in pain slept on the couch with heating pad and didn't move till i had to this morning and bad I went to the Therapist.This time she tried stretching out the back muscles and ect it did work for 2 hrs and the pain came back again!!! Ive also learned that my left side where ive had the back problems and the injections in my lower spine is very week! My left left leg cant do half as much as my right,,,wtf Im a very active person gym 2 times a day 7 days a week my son 12 keeps me busy,work and the nice weather! Last My summer was wasted because of my back problem its not going to this year!!!!!! Example..I cant even lift my left leg high enough to put on my pj or my pants~ THATS HOW BAD IT IS
