I have acquired a nasty infection on the bottom of my right foot, the area connecting the arch to the heal, causing a large pus-filled hole. I am constantly cleaning and medicating it. I am on pain meds but I still feel a lot of grueling pain and agony.

I had to go outside. I didnt want to rush out into a flooding storm, especially the remanants of Isaac, but with 2 small dogs outside and several inches of standing water outside with a perfect chances of it rising, I wasnt gonna let the dogs struggle throughout the storm without a dry place to ride out the 3 day storm. So I rushed out and carried the tiny 5 month old miniature chihuahua in, then headed back out for the slightly bigger jack russel/chihuahua mix. Both were soaked and cried out when I arrived. Now theyre happy. As for me, I look like a wet rat. Or a drowned one. LOL!
