Please forgive me. It has been 27 days since my last visit. My life has turned such a turvy that most of my time had been taken away. I have not been on here in quite some time. Holy moly the changes since I was last here. Well - everyone, I have missed you, but I am here to say, I am in such a happy place in my life that you'd have to cut the grin off my face. I will have my peace, I will have a room mate, and I will have a home filled with happiness and creativity!! Thanks for taking care of me while I was gone!!

Took myself to the gym, to get an idea of what a gravity training machine feels like. Also used the pilates reformer machine. I like both of them and now, I am so sore. In muscles I thought were strong. ha ha but getting back into shape, is going to be so much fun. Gold Medal this Rowing season - here I come!!

I used to think tears were for wimps. Suckers and weak people. In my strength, I cannot believe how easily I cry for others, and how easily I hurt for others - those around me I LOVE!. I now know that my tears are like a hose on the pavement. Meant to abruptly clear away unwanted debris. Only to reveal a renewed surface. I am renewed!! I am going to work on staying this way - cause I am sure - my hurting for others, will continue. Here's to STRENGTH & COMPASSION!!
