I really must make sure I go to the gym more often - I've been dipping out of it for about two weeks, and all of a sudden even the simplest thing is too much like hard work.
Like stairs.
I mean, isn't that the meanest thing ever? Put the gym up some stairs. Like if you can manage the stairs, you can come in, you are fit and beautiful enough to enter. If you can't manage the stairs, crawl back to your couch and eat pizza, fatty!
Maybe I'm exaggerating a bit, but it was a lot harder than I am used to at the gym last night, and it's only because there's been far too many other things to do.
Maybe it's because it's the festive season?
Maybe that's an excuse...
Maybe I should stop self analysing and just get over the fact that I haven't been as much as should have, and now my thighs ache, and it's all my fault.
Rugby tomorrow, gym on Tuesday and Thursday, gotta get the routine back again...
