I'm back after a looong break.. had alot of things to deal with.. my mum went through heart surgery, and I have lost my fiancee Joseph to cancer in march 2016.. my daughter got drugged at her first college dance.. and luckily she is okay.. so all in all a hard year.. still grieving and am very sensitive and easy to tear up.. but I'm here.. life goes on.. I take it one day at a time..

If you want to be happy, change the way you think.. we tend to focus on the bad things that happens in our lives and forgetting to enjoy the good.. So focus on what makes you happy, what you love.. remove the negative influences from your life and see how quickly you feel better :) trust me on this.. it really works :) xx
