So someone (Mod's tell me I can't say who!) does not honor their auction. I wait 3-4 weeks, then I ask them if they entend to honor the auciton or not. I get this reply "I didnt send it to you. Like one bad review is going to ruin my reputation on here ya right."
So I informed two herds which are only for safe auctioneers which this perons is a member of (one which they are a herd leader), and just stated the facts, as a warning to everyone, that they are not as reliable as they seem.
I also inform the mod's as thats what they are for right - to eusure this site runs nicely and no-one messes others around.
Apparantly not. Moderator came back saying I broke the T&C's of the site reporting this to the moderators as each time you bid on an auction it is at your own risk... and that is what the rating system is for.
I was also told that I had seriously broken the T&C's by posting in the herd's as you are not meant to 'bad mouth' anyone even if they have been fraudulant.
So ultimately I am the one who got in trouble, because someone did not honor they auction, and was threatened with being banned... surely that should be the other way around??
However all is not lost, I found from the herds I'm not the only person to have had problems with this person...
But overall must say weird rules they have on here....
