Naugahyde comes from Naugas raised on Nauga ranches in aweful conditions. But here on the Double-DD Free-range Nauga Ranch, the Naugas graze in open fields and drink water from natural streams. They live happy lives - until they are slaughtered and skinned to make car seats. The meat of the Nauga tastes terrible, so it is used to make ferret food -- which ferrets won't eat. So most Nauga ranchers have no regard for these majestic animals. We object to the mistreatment of Naugas, which are now endangered due to the extensive use of Naugahyde. Here on the Double-DD Free-range Nauga Ranch are found the world's only happy Naugas. We still slaughter them but they're so happy they don't mind.
