Welcome to the MSTX!!! This herd is founded on the same basic principles as the major global financial markets: investment (time), risk (comments), and return (points rcvd). The major difference is in this market, you need never fear of your investment losing value nor the market crashing .... lol. Please read the following information very carefully as comments such as "Oops ... I didn't read the intro ..." will not be accepted as a reason for not following the rules.

As you can see from the table below, each block of pages thumbed (your time investment) has a different risk and return on your comments. The more time you invest, the more comments you leave, the greater your HP$$ return :):)

Note 1: These figures are based on a minimum of 15 thumbs received per comment. If you are able to take advantages of incentives - as outlined below - you will receive a greater number of thumbs !!
Rules & Expectations
Every member of this exchange will treat every other member with respect, dignity, and civility.
Upon entry, each member will post one comment to say 'thumbing' ...members will thumb the minimum number of pages corresponding to the amount of return that they are expecting. To ensure honesty, the first & last post of each posting set must include the total number of pages thumbed (eg. 45, 60, 75) and full name of the last (oldest set) person thumbed.
I know that this will be difficult for some members, but you may only thumb from back to front if you indicate this in your 'thumbing' post and you double check to make sure that no thumbs have been missed.
Once your posts have reached at least 15 thumbs each, you will be notified either by msg or on your comment board to come back and thumb and post again :):) You can always come and keep ahead of your thumbing as long as you post an utd comment on the board.
Random chat will only be allowed when an admin is present. Any other chat will be deleted ASAP and the participants may be levied a 5 comment fee
All information regarding cleared sets, incentives, special announcements, or changes can be found in the corresponding discussion thread above the comments board. Also the admins are always indicated at the bottom of the herd page .... get to know them as any decisions regarding conflict(s) will be made by them.
