Herd Profile: Freedom of Speech/Expression
The First Amendment to the United States Constitution is a part of the United States Bill of Rights. It prohibits the federal legislature from making laws "respecting an establishment of religion" (the "Establishment Clause") or that prohibit free exercise of religion (the "Free Exercise Clause"), laws that infringe the freedom of speech or expression, infringe the freedom of the press, limit the right to assemble peaceably, or limit the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances. Are you sick of the sensitive, PC-ass moderators on Human Pets shutting down your shops for "inflammatory, vulgar, or obscene content"? Don't you wish that if they didn't want to look at your shop, they could just click on the "x" button or go to another page? Don't you think minors already know about pornographic and/or content? Human Pets has nullified our fundamental rights to freedom of expression/speech by fabricating a bogus agreement which negates civil liberties when we upload items in our shops. If that isn't enough, they gone so far as to harrass us on our pages and basically ostracizing us for breaking their rules which already revoked our pre-determined rights in the first place. Join this community if you're sick of moderators and other members of HP trying to silence you. If we all merge together, we start a revolution to take back our rights! |
