Whilst we are on the subject of addictions, I should probably mention the other 2 main ones in my life.
The first is lipbalm, burts bees or loccitane at the moment, but always have a lipbalm on hand ;-)
The second addiction is Nescafe skinny latte, cant drink anything else, the occasional sip of water here and there but in the main its skinny latte's!

nearly 2 weeks on and my arm is getting better - i guess! i have been a very bad owner and shown my pet no attention but over the next week or so am sure i can rectify that.

i am recovering from an op earlier in the week, so am a fairly poorly pet at the mo but am hoping to be fully functional in the next couple of weeks.
