Ouch. Had a tooth pulled, then had a bad reaction to the anesthesia... ended up taking a tumble in a parking lot an hour or so later. Skinned knees, sprained wrist, and a few other scrapes and bruises.

I'm on a mission... I have a craving for Egg Foo Young, but none of the Oriental places in town serve it (unless you special order it, which is expensive); ergo, I've started looking for Egg Foo Young recipes. I think that a night of Oriental cooking will have to come soon... Egg Foo Young, homemade potstickers, maybe some chili-lime shrimp (Ok, it's Indian, but close enough), and of course some General Tzo's Chicken and eggrolls (though I should get my deep fryer cleaned up and with fresh oil for that, since I like fried eggrolls.)
