Shadow Dancer
She waits, time is perfect but long,
Sun setting and Moon awakes,
Moving and gathering material, time is short
The Dancer needs, craves to create,
Starts slow she extends as time flows,
As she drfts gently, touching,pulling others,
Together quickly turning her body grows,
Touching, caressing light making her mark,
She is a Shadow Dancer, all grace and motion,
Her passion is the dark,shadows are the paint,
Working, with inky darkness makes her no Saint,
The Sun is her workplace, she gathers in peace,
Swirling in shadows drawing in light darkness release,
The cool silent breeze is the song that flows,
Her grace lives in her hands, her legs guide her along,
As she travels she know she knows it won't be long,
When Night welcomes Day and then will be Dawn.
Then she waits again.
