I am almost embarrassed to post this but I will anyway.

There are very few movies that affect you to the very depth of your heart; very few movies that can pull on those emotional strings. For me, one of those movies was "The Pianist" (which till this day is still in my top 10 favorite movies). I remember watching it in the theatre and one scene in particular almost brought me to tears due to its cinematography, sheer elegance & beauty and amazing acting. Even if Adrien Brody were to only makes crap for the rest of his life, I can never hate on the guy ever after this. Rightfully so, Adrien won the Oscar for this performance:
