Been having a pretty shitty week. First, I was selling my scooter, and the dude that wanted to buy it(for much more than i t was worth)changed his mind at the last minute. Then I lost my camera a few days later. Then yesterday, not learning my lesson from the camera, I lost my WALLET!! Which is not a good thing when you are living in a foreign country. But my luck is looking up now. Someone nice actually found my wallet, and returned it. And I ended up getting a suprise Chinese New Year bonus from work today... So i'm feeling a little happier now...

This is a tale fromk yet another one of my visa runs(gettin to be too many now). This time went back to good 'ol Thailand(3rd time there). The first 2 times i went there, I went for Songkran, cause it rocks so much. I also had friends with me(last time only for part of it). This time I went by myself, and just for the weekend(thurs-sun). Did one of the tours again, a repeat tour, to the floating market(which is boring to me now after 3 times), and to my favorite place, the Tiger Temple. For those who have never been there, it's totally worth the 500baht the day tour costs all on its own. You go to the bottom of this canyon, where there are about 15 tigers chilling out there to take pics with you. Now, even though they don't admit it, i'm pretty sure these tigers are given some pretty heavy drugs, cause they are pretty dopey, and drowsy. You go from tiger, to tiger taking pics with each.. Mind you, you can't wear bright colors like red, or yellow, cause it pisses the tigers off. It's pretty amazing to be able to pet the big kitty cats... Anyways, after the tour, I like to keep myself busy when travelling alone, so I went to catch one of the ladyboy cabaret shows..... HAAAAA!!! It was actually pretty cool. It was very well choreographed, and orchestrated. Damn, some of those guys are pretty convincing too, they're downright hot! Especially their legs, and waist really look like women's..... I was also dreading to go, but wanted to go so bad to the Phat Phong district. I've heard lots bout it, but was nervous to go alone. But, i decided, what the hell and went. Just made sure to check my wallet and camera often. Geez, first off, the shopping there is great. You can bargain down to about 1/3 of the original price. Really, it was much cheaper than the Khao Sarn area. But, that's not what that area is famous for. So, just walking from where the taxi dropped me, to the main road was a shock. It was just a huge strip of seedy hotels, with girls(mostly real girls this time)
