someone you know has added human pets and has probably sent you an invitation to join... even if you don't join, you're still available to 'buy'

You don't own anyone because you've not started playing the game (not much point to the game other than to 'buy and trade human pets', and make friends in the process)

Human Pets is where other people can buy you... if someone on your friends list has joined they may have sent you an invite which means you can still be bought even if you don't add the application lol. People can only see your profile pic, nothing else... if you click on my pic it'll take you to my pets page where I have more pics..

BTW, you're currently owned by Sally Burdett if that rings a bell lol
